Dawn Barlow is unapologetically pro-life not surprisingly because of her training in science and medicine. She is a physician, spouse to a veteran of the Iraq war and mother of three boys who is committed to Whole Life Values. Her campaign is focused on Tennessee hometown values of access to medical care for veterans and families, equal pay for women and opposition to tax cuts for the wealthiest while families struggle to get by on minimum wage.
